PressFixer provides flat-fee website migration services, converting WordPress sites to static HTML. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between WELMA Inc. and the client.
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website. A separate service agreement governs any paid engagement. In the event of a conflict, the service agreement takes precedence.
Payments for PressFixer services are processed by Helcim. By providing payment information, you agree to Helcim's terms of service. WELMA Inc. does not store credit card or banking information.
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, our flat fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before work begins, any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content, copy, images, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited licence to use your materials solely for the purpose of completing your migration project.
Delivered work: Upon receipt of final payment, WELMA Inc. assigns to you full ownership of all HTML, CSS, and other files delivered as part of your project. You are not dependent on us to keep your site live — the files are yours.
Our content: All original content on pressfixer.com — including blog posts, articles, the cost calculator, and brand assets — is owned by WELMA Inc. and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish this content without written permission.
This website and all content on it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WELMA Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our post-migration service includes an AI agent that processes the website content you submit in order to generate requested edits. By using the agent, you grant WELMA Inc. permission to pass the specific content you submit to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating your requested changes. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we select providers that offer contractual protections against this use.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you submit for editing via the agent. We are not liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated suggestions — all changes are presented for your review and approval before going live.
